In 2023, Onii Pan, a small home-based bakery that prepares exceptional Japanese and Asian-style bread with a modern twist, started as a passion project to share our love for Japanese bread and baked goods with others. Onii Pan offers a range of baked goods inspired by traditional Japanese culture, with a variety of Asian-influenced flavors that will satisfy your craving. All our recipes are carefully crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients, artificial and preservative-free, that deliver the amazing flavors that everyone craves. Our bakery is known for its signature shokupan and melonpan, all baked fresh and 100% homemade.

Although we don't have a permanent storefront, our pop-up bakery showcases our unique bread and provides customers with an opportunity to try new and exciting flavors.
