About Onii Pan

​Onii Pan, is a small home-based bakery that prepares exceptional Japanese bread and seasonal loaves bread.  It started as a passion project to share our love for Japanese bread and baked goods with others, and expanded into a business.

 

Onii Pan offers a range of baked goods inspired by traditional Japanese culture, with a variety of Asian-influenced flavors that will satisfy your cravings. All of our loaves and buns are carefully crafted with high quality and local ingredients.

 

Our breads are without artificial flavors, and are always preservative-free. Our bakery is known for its signature shokupan (Japanese milk bread) and melonpan (Japanese sweet buns), all baked fresh and 100% homemade. 

 

Although we don't have a permanent storefront, our pop-up bakery showcases our unique bread and provides customers with an opportunity to try new and exciting flavors. Our commitment to reducing waste means we focus on quality over quantity with the top priority on providing you with the freshest delicacies possible.
